Our team is currently based in Kuala Lumpur & Singapore, so the bulk of work is conducted remotely. We all have day-jobs or are full-time students, so we don’t have fixed working hours. Work on your own schedule, and text back whenever you decide. Chances are, we’ll be in different time-zones too, so don’t feel pressured when our editor texts at an insane time of night - because it’s probably noon where they are.
Between pitches and assignments, you’ll have a 3-14 day frame to get your projects in depending on what it is, unless you need more time! We’re always ready to share the load, so don’t worry about too much being put on your plate.

All positions at 3shotcine are unpaid and on a voluntary basis - this is our passion project, and maybe we’ll monetize one day, but that day is not yet upon us. Our editor promises to pay for a round of drinks when we go out though, so there’s that perk.
